About Adesso
Adesso means "now" in Italian.
It’s also what you shout when you need a cookie!
Adesso Bakeshop is run by Stephanie and Ryan, a husband-and-wife team baking and shipping out of NYC.
Our name is a nod to Stephanie’s Italian roots, but our menu is all over the map.
We aim for playful twists on tradition, baking everything by hand in limited runs, with a focus on texture and flavors inspired by travel, nostalgia, and unexpected fusions that just work.
What started as a pop-up market project quickly turned into something bigger once people took a bite and came back for more.
