Food Products

Because our cookies and amaretti are freshly baked and perishable, we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. Cookies and merchandise are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a quality issue, please email us at orders@adessobakeshop.com within 48 hours of delivery along with your order number (and photos if possible). We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right. Your experience matters to us.

Merchandise

All merchandise (non-food items) is final sale.

If there is a defect or issue with a merch item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Once your order leaves our bakery, it is handled by the shipping carrier and delivery timing is outside of our control. Weather, routing changes, and carrier delays can occasionally occur, and Adesso Bakeshop is not responsible for delays after a package has been scanned by the carrier.

If your order is significantly delayed or arrives in poor condition, please email us — we’ll always do our best to assist.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@adessobakeshop.com.

Orders cannot be cancelled once baking has begun or after the order has shipped.
