Shipping Policy

When do you ship?

We bake fresh every Thursday night and ship orders Friday morning so your cookies arrive as fresh as possible.

We ship exclusively via UPS to ensure your cookies arrive as fresh as possible.

Order Deadline

Place your order by Thursday to ship that Friday.
Orders placed after Thursday ship the following Friday.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

We do not ship to PO boxes or international addresses at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location. We ship exclusively via UPS to ensure the freshest possible delivery.

Northeast and Mid-Atlantic customers typically receive orders in 1-2 days. Southeast and Midwest customers 2-3 days.
Western states 2-3 days via expedited shipping. Available shipping options are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Carrier Delays

Once your order leaves our bakery, it is handled by the shipping carrier and delivery timing is outside of our control. Weather, routing changes, and carrier delays can occasionally occur, and Adesso Bakeshop is not responsible for delays after a package has shipped.
