Shipping Policy
When do you ship?
We bake fresh every Thursday night and ship orders Friday morning so your cookies arrive as fresh as possible.
Order Deadline
Place your order by Thursday to ship that Friday.
Orders placed after Thursday ship the following Friday.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
We do not ship to PO boxes or international addresses at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier route. Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipping.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your box leaves the bakery. Delivery estimates are calculated from your Friday ship date.
Carrier Delays
Once your order leaves our bakery, it is handled by the shipping carrier and delivery timing is outside of our control. Weather, routing changes, and carrier delays can occasionally occur, and Adesso Bakeshop is not responsible for delays after a package has shipped.
If your order is significantly delayed or arrives in poor condition, please email orders@adessobakeshop.com — we’ll always do our best to help.
Warm Weather Shipping
During hot weather, cookies may soften slightly in transit. This won’t affect taste or quality.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive an email with tracking details when your order ships. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
