Our amaretti are made without gluten-containing ingredients. They are prepared in a designated area and baked in a separate oven.
However, our facility also produces products containing wheat, so we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact. Individuals with severe gluten sensitivities or celiac disease should use their own discretion.

We ship on Fridays. Order by Thursday to ship that Friday.
Orders placed after Thursday ship the following Friday.

We recommend eating all cookies within two to three days of receiving them.
If you're saving them for later, store them in an airtight storage bag in the freezer. They freeze really well!
We source the best ingredients that perfectly suit our recipes, and we only use ingredients we trust and enjoy ourselves. No preservatives either.

Amaretti are traditional Italian cookies made with almonds, known for their rich, nutty flavor, slightly crisp exterior, and soft, chewy center. The classic is almond flavor only. We love using other flavors from around the world as well like raspberry, chai, matcha, black sesame, lemon poppy, golden milk, and more!

Because our cookies are freshly baked and perishable, we’re not able to accept returns. All merchandise is also final sale.

We do not use peanuts in our recipes, but we cannot guarantee peanut-free due to shared facilities, equipment, and suppliers.
Our bakery uses tree nuts, eggs, wheat, and dairy in many of our recipes.
Even if a specific cookie doesn’t contain one of these ingredients, all of our products are made in the same facility and on shared equipment.
