Are any of your cookies gluten-free?
Amaretti cookies are naturally gluten-free and dairy free - they are made with almond flour.
Our Sourdough Cookies are not gluten-free, but they do receive a 24-hour ferment before baking.
Do you have any vegan options?
We do make a vegan chocolate amaretti most weeks at our markets and pop-ups in Brooklyn.

Do the amaretti contain eggs?
Yes, amaretti are made with egg whites.
Are any of your products nut-free?
Our Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookie is nut-free.
Where do you bake?
We bake in a commercial kitchen in Brooklyn, NY.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How long do the cookies last?
We recommend eating all cookies within two to three days of receiving them.
If you're saving them for later, store them in an airtight storage bag in the freezer. They freeze really well!
What ingredients are in your cookies?
We source the best ingredients that perfectly suit our recipes, and we only use ingredients we trust and enjoy ourselves.
No preservatives either.

Do you deliver in NYC?
Not currently. But you can visit us at a local market or pop-up here.
Do the sourdough cookies taste sour?
The sourdough adds a nice tang and chew to the cookies. They do not taste sour.
Can I freeze the cookies?
Yes! And they freeze really well. Put them in an airtight storage bag. Some people even like eating them frozen.
What are amaretti?
Amaretti are traditional Italian cookies made with almonds, known for their rich, nutty flavor, slightly crisp exterior, and soft, chewy center. The classic is almond flavor only. We love using other flavors from around the world as well like raspberry, chai, matcha, black sesame, lemon poppy, golden milk, and more!
Where can I find you in person?
You can visit us in Brooklyn at Fort Greene Park Artisans Bazaar most Saturdays from March - December. For more info, visit our Pop-Ups page.
Do you accept returns?
Because our cookies are freshly baked and perishable, we’re not able to accept returns. All merchandise is also final sale.
